Transforming Challenges into Opportunities

Sales Halo Consulting LLC was founded by Ray Larney.    Ray has worked to help build some of the strongest consumer brands on the planet to include, Pepsi/Frito Lay,  Black & Decker, Braun, Oral-B, Sonicare, Norelco, Avent, Heartstart Home Defibrillator and several start up brands as well.

Ray started his career at Pepsi/Frito-Lay and went on to work for  Black & Decker, in the earlier chapter of his career.  He went on to work with Gillette/Procter & Gamble for over 15 years  and most recently worked with Philips to help them tranform from an electronics company to a Health and Wellness company.    Ray held various positions within Philips  and most recently was the Vice President of Sales for Philips Consumer Health North America division managing a $1.3B business managing over 200 people across retail and the dental professional channels.    He was on the Global Sales Council as the leader of the largest global market and helped drive growth and profitability while transforming the  product portfolio.  Whether you are in a CPG business or any other B2B business Ray's experience can help you navigate the challenges of this dynamic marketplace that exists today.

Sales Halo offers fractional leadership for VP Sales or General Management roles either as an ad interim to fill the void of unplanned departure or a more longer term solution.   We can also offer part time VP Sales options for companies in various development stages as well.
